NEW CONTEST-TYPE SYSTEM, I'D LIKE YOUR INPUT!!

Hey guys, cman4321 here. I've been thinking of a way to get more involved in the forum and to get my users more involved, too. I've thought of a new contest type system that will occur (hopefully) every week. So, users will not have to do anything differently! Just post as you normally would! But, there's an extra thing that you can add to your post to enter this possible contest. You would add a COLORING <--- like that, to the title of your topic, meaning that you submit your post as a new topic. ALSO, you would add the following to the beginning of your topic... [SUBMISSION] in whatever color it may be. Now, each week will have a different color, that I shall decide at the end of the previous week. I will be going through each and every post that follows these guidelines and judging which is the Track of The Week. This person will receive recognition under the contests won category in their profile. Hopefully, there will be many track to choose from, and there will be some competition. If there are enough tracks submitted a week, I could consider a first, second, and third place system, with more places if necessary. There will be a few rules for submitted tracks, though.
1. You can only submit tracks that are have a BEGINNING AND END and that are COMPLETE TRACKS.
That means that you can't submit your idea for a track, or maybe the first part of a track, or maybe just a track where you automatically die. THESE TYPES OF TRACKS WILL NOT BE PLAYED BY ME.
2. The second rule is that I do not want you to spam me with your tracks, hoping that your 12 thousand tracks will make you win! Maybe try working on one track really hard, and maybe you'll win!

Yeah, so not really many rules, please follow them! If not, then I will just no longer look over your tracks, plain and simple. This doesn't mean you can't still post the types of tracks listed in rule one, just don't do the special stuff and submit them for the weekly contest Razz

SO, JUST TO CLARIFY, DO NOT START TO DO THIS YET! This is an idea I am putting forth to you, the people, and I'll give you the chance to tell me if you like it or not. I WOULD LOVE YOUR OPINION!ON![/b] Please, reply to this post telling me if this is a good idea, bad idea, or any changes that you'd like to see to this system. I'm looking for YOUR input! If you guys like it, then it will most definitely be put into effect! This could really be a way to make our unknown members get recognition, and our vets to become even more well known! Very Happy

So please, give me your input! If you guys like it, it'll be up and running by next week, or maybe even this week!

....so let me get this straight, we basically start a contest like normal but it just color coded? or how about instead of color coded we use the new free rider 2 in color? have you seen that yet c-man? i like contests but so many people are busy with school its hard to make tracks -.-

It's not so much as an old fashion contest with rules and a theme and what not. It's just for the people who post tracks regularly like, on their own. I just want those tracks to be recognized and their artists. So no, it's not a normal contest, it's just posting as regular, but with a signification that you'd like me to look at it.
