Moderating

"Every time I ask to be a mod i get turned down why?"
"What do I have to do to become a mod?"

Just some thing i want you guys to think about if you've ever wanted to be a mod.

Personality plays a big part in whether or not a person is a good forum moderator. A good forum moderator needs to be calm and needs to be able to stand an argument without becoming heated. They need to have a good amount of common sense and they need to be able to handle having harsh words tossed at them. They cannot go easy on any one member and they must treat all members fairly. They need to understand their position and not take advantage of it or abuse their powers. Another good quality would be consideration. Good mods need to be considerate.

To become a mod you must have been a member of the forum for at least several months and have a post count of over 70.
You cannot have a bad record, (being banned for something at one time or another)
I would like you to get on once a day but when the forum isn't all that busy once every 2 days seems fine.

And don't pesture us! When a mod is needed we'll find someone, asking us over and over will only lesson the chances you become one!

If you ever become a mod you will be briefed on how to do your job!

No mods are going to be acepted or needed,3 admins 1 mod...

you mean age? well.... when i first registered on the forum i was 15 and now i'm 17 what more can i say? i'm not lying about my age

and idk i just think that admins shouldn't out number mods... and we have 2 inactive mods -.-"

Administrator job is verry similar to moderator one,conicer us moderators and admins at once that makes us 4 moderators.
